Refund policy
We want your furr baby looking fab in our pieces! Fabfurr stands behind the quality of every piece made and will gladly accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Simply ship the item back to receive a full refund or exchange the piece for a different size.
Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
To start a return, you can contact us at fabfurrofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Products must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of any damages made by customer, and in its original packaging. For a full refund, product must be mailed within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
